It is a shaftless lift and generally avoids a conventional built shaft. A prepared opening, supporting work, electrical service, clearances, and finish repairs are still part of the installation plan.
Pricing depends on model, travel, options, location, construction, electrical needs, permits, and finish work. After an in-home evaluation, we provide a written project scope and proposal.
For most families we begin with daily needs: who will ride, mobility devices, floor plan, desired location, budget, and long-term service. The best lift is the one that fits both the home and the person using it.
