Standard package options

Clear starting points for budgeting

These draft figures reflect the current standard turnkey package schedule. Final scope is confirmed after the home evaluation; site-specific construction, unusual conditions, upgrades, or customer-requested changes may affect the total.

Configuration Best fit Standard turnkey package

Price protection

A defined project, not an open-ended construction bill.

Once the final scope is approved, the agreement includes a project price guarantee based on the documented site conditions and agreed scope. Additional time or labor within that scope does not increase the price simply because the work takes longer than expected.

Price changes are limited to customer-requested changes, upgrades, additions, or newly discovered conditions specifically addressed in the written agreement.

Project duration commitment

Once work begins, the project is completed within the written working-day schedule. If a Carolina Housing Solutions-caused delay exceeds three working days, the current agreement provides a $100-per-day credit, up to $1,000.

Final terms are governed by the signed contract for your project.

Package FAQs

Understanding the scope

Is construction really included?

Normal project construction shown in the approved scope is included: structural opening and framing, licensed electrical work, finish repairs, lift installation, permits, inspections, cleanup, and orientation.

What could create an additional charge?

Customer-requested changes, upgrades, additions, or unusual site-specific conditions outside the approved standard scope are handled through a written change. Nothing should be a surprise.

What does annual maintenance include?

Testing, cleaning, lubrication, adjustments, safety-system checks, and early identification of worn components. Work is performed by trained technicians.

What does the care plan not cover?

Typical exclusions include misuse, overloading, accidents, unauthorized work, water or fire damage, lightning or surges, pests, home electrical issues outside the lift, cosmetic items, construction changes, and complete lift replacement. Your written plan controls.

Does 48-hour priority mean the repair is completed in 48 hours?

It means an on-site service response within normal business hours for a no-movement or safety issue. Repair completion may depend on diagnosis and parts availability.
